Lead HR Team in EMEA

This role involves leading the Human Resources team in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, allocating tasks, providing guidance and leadership to ensure effective collaboration and performance.

About the Role

As an HR Team Lead, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will forecast workforce needs, identify talent gaps and implement plans to address them. This includes handling complex employee relations issues, investigations and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations across the EMEA region.

You will also oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations and feedback. Additionally, you will identify training needs, develop training programs and support the professional development of HR team members.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in EMEA HR operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment
  • In-depth understanding of labour laws, employment regulations and HR best practices across the EMEA region
