Administrative Support Role

Job Description:

This position entails providing administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Task Tracking: Utilizing Microsoft Planner to track tasks and stay organized.
  • Scheduling: Scheduling weekly team meetings and managing follow-ups to maintain productivity.
  • Travel Planning: Coordinating business and personal travel arrangements.
  • Research and Communication: Conducting research, communicating with stakeholders, and setting appointments.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Planner task tracking.
  • Proficiency in Shopify admin and Printful dashboard.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in scheduling weekly team meetings and managing follow-ups.
  • Knowledgeable in travel planning (business and personal).
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience using Canva or similar for simple visual updates.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics or performance reporting.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Planner for task management.

This is a remote position requiring 4 hours/day, 5 days/week within the client's business hours. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent organizational skills.
