Account Collections Specialist

The primary goal of this position is to conduct thorough collection activities ensuring accounts are maintained at manageable levels.

This involves executing various forms of communication with customers, negotiating settlements, referring cases for external management or legal actions as necessary, and releasing loan documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries regarding refunds, adjustments, reconciliations, closures, reactivations, and certificate issuance where applicable.
  • Provide assistance with collections-related requests from customer contact points within agreed turnaround times.
  • Prepare support documentation for filing credit card account legal cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, or Banking, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
