This role requires the ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and utilize project management tools to ensure seamless collaboration among teams.

  • Conduct thorough takeoffs based on provided drawings.
  • Send out and track requests for proposals to ensure timely responses.
  • Assemble comprehensive estimates for each project with utmost accuracy.
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in estimation or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
