Job Title: Admin Support

This role exists to provide immediate support in insurance/roofing estimating, producing accurate estimates and managing communications with adjusters.

About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in roofing/insurance estimating. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Xactimate, familiarity with insurance claim processes, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review estimates for roof repairs and replacements.
  • Verify line items, quantities, and pricing against scopes of loss.
  • Update estimates after meetings and re-submissions as needed.
  • Read, analyze, and extract action items from scopes of loss.
  • Track and follow up on SOL releases; ensure SOLs are attached to the correct claims.
  • Escalate and document discrepancies between SOL and on-site findings.
  • Schedule and participate in desk/phone/video meetings.
  • Liaise with adjusters to clarify scope, coverage, and payment details.
  • Document meeting outcomes and next steps; ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate notes, estimate revisions, and status updates in the CRM/claim tracking system.
  • Provide daily/weekly updates to managers on outstanding actions and SOL releases.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting to improve turnaround and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience with roofing/insurance estimating.
  • Xactimate proficiency.
  • Familiarity with insurance claim processes and SOL documents.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

This is a remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working 40 hours per week, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Eastern Time.
