Technical Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy support professional to join our team. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support via chat during the night shift.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of written communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and prior experience in technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the software industry.
  • Exceptional written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Familiarity with live chat or similar customer support platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently during night hours.
