Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues with our mobile SDKs.

You will work closely with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Your expertise in iOS and Android development will be essential in debugging app behavior and providing top-notch support to our clients.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze and debug mobile-specific issues in partnership with engineering and product teams
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and other self-service resources
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive incident resolution and root cause analysis
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) development
  • Experience working with mobile SDKs and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting mobile apps or SDKs in a scalable environment
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation
  • Passion for building developer enablement and support from the ground up
