We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As an AU Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining key accounting records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recording transactions such as income and outgoings and posting them to various accounts
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and provide expert advice on how to manage their finances effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in Australian accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Excellent knowledge of Xero and Hubdoc
  • Experience in preparing and lodging BAS and IAS returns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
