Australian Tax Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled tax professional to prepare financial statements, tax returns, and client reports for companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals, and SMSF.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of BAS, IAS, and other client reporting
- Preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals, and SMSF
- Review and reconciliation of financials (monthly or quarterly), including data entry
- General accounting procedures and other ad hoc tasks as required
- At least 2 years' experience as a Tax Accountant in the Australian tax system
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (CPA/CA qualified or willingness to study preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal English business communication skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of preparing financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSF
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles and practices
- High-level Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Xero, Xero Tax, and XPM
- Keen attention to detail, time management, and accounting administration skills
