Australian Payroll Expert

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced payroll professional to join our international payroll team.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and timely payroll for Australian clients while providing excellent client service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing and reviewing payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy.
- Preparing payroll reports and ensuring timely submission.
- Assisting clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues.
- Working closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted payroll advisor.
- Identifying and reporting any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
- Hands-on experience with Australian payroll is essential.
- Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other Australian payroll regulations is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy is vital.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- A strong customer service mindset, being approachable, helpful, and solutions-oriented is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with payroll data confidently is necessary.
