Job Opportunity: Senior Tax Professional

This role presents a compelling opportunity for a skilled tax professional with an in-depth understanding of Australian taxation laws and regulations.

  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, income tax returns, and other lodgments for companies, partnerships, trusts, and individual businesses.
  • Utilize expertise in tax planning to handle tax returns, activity statements, and stay updated on the latest Australian tax regulations.
  • Offer strategic tax advice, guiding clients through FBT (Fringe Benefits Tax), payroll tax, Div7a, CGT (Capital Gains Tax), STP (Single Touch Payroll).

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Australian taxation.
  • Proven proficiency in preparing tax returns, activity statements, and various lodgements.
  • High attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in XERO or MYOB AE is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of tax laws and regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
