Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, maximizing the impact and value of these tools to users, stakeholders, and their business.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring seamless integration of the platform into their sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships to understand customer business goals and deploy the tool that helps them achieve those goals.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to share outcomes, address issues, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Analyze usage metrics to identify valuable features and proactively lead upsell conversations.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and develop proactive plans to address areas of concern.
  • Assist with Technical Support as needed.
  • Be the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS CSM experience managing a portfolio with a successful renewals track record.
  • 2+ years of onboarding and support experience, ensuring easy access to resources throughout the journey.
  • 2+ years of Sales Development or management experience.
  • Familiarity with sales tech stacks and experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, HubSpot.
  • Comfortable with data analytics and using data to proactively identify challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter comfortable learning and working with rapidly-changing sales tools.
  • Demonstrated success taking ownership, working across teams, and wearing many hats in a dynamic environment.
