Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts, maximizing the impact and value of these tools to users, stakeholders, and their business.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring seamless integration of the platform into their sales processes.
- Develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships to understand customer business goals and deploy the tool that helps them achieve those goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins to share outcomes, address issues, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Analyze usage metrics to identify valuable features and proactively lead upsell conversations.
- Monitor customer health metrics and develop proactive plans to address areas of concern.
- Assist with Technical Support as needed.
- Be the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to meet customer requirements.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS CSM experience managing a portfolio with a successful renewals track record.
- 2+ years of onboarding and support experience, ensuring easy access to resources throughout the journey.
- 2+ years of Sales Development or management experience.
- Familiarity with sales tech stacks and experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, HubSpot.
- Comfortable with data analytics and using data to proactively identify challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter comfortable learning and working with rapidly-changing sales tools.
- Demonstrated success taking ownership, working across teams, and wearing many hats in a dynamic environment.
