Job Title: Strategic HR Consultant

Role Overview:

This is a key position within our organization where you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to line managers on various HR-related matters, including grievances handling, performance management, and employee development.

You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and implementing effective HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.

This includes training needs analysis, skills certification management, sourcing and coordination of Learning & Development programs/courses, remuneration market research, and end-to-end HR support.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

You will be responsible for coordinating manpower planning, recruitment end-to-end support for assigned positions, updating HRIS systems, and conducting onboarding coordination and orientation briefing.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese language proficiency
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR generalist in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs
  • Knowledgeable in employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
