
Help Desk Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities• Deliver outstanding customer service via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution to routine problems.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Ensure all interactions meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop knowledge of client products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services as needed.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases.
• Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
Requirements
• High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking and able to adapt to changes quickly.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed.
