Customer Support Associate Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team and provide exceptional service to our global clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to teammates and the engineering team as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Participate in initiatives that drive business growth, such as product testing and recommending new products to customers.
  • Partner with the Success team to help clients set up and make modifications to fully utilize our platform.
  • Contribute to building and updating our customer and internal knowledge bases through writing articles and recording video walkthroughs.

Requirements:

  • A long-term vision of working and growing with a technology startup.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.
  • Phone support experience and proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • A willingness to work following the US time zone and attend occasional in-person meetings.
  • A high-speed and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) and a reliable backup connection.
