Business Development Manager

At TrainStation International, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and manage existing client relationships. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of events for both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential new clients in target markets.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and logistics teams regarding program needs and requirements.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
The ideal candidate has excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, good spoken and written English communication skills, and is able to work independently.
