As a Sales Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Enhance revenue from existing clients and their affiliates by developing strategic plans and executing sales strategies.
  • Understand clients' future directions and plans, and champion these within the organization.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to clients' needs, setting expectations, and presenting solutions to address challenges.
  • Lead generation and prospecting through cold calling, social media, networking, events, and other channels.
  • Manage the existing sales pipeline and submit regular reports to senior management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients during company visits and provide logistical support as needed.
  • Work closely with operations teams to identify additional requirements for existing clients and implement solutions.

**Requirements:**

  • Between 2-5 years of sales experience in a BPO/B2B campaign.
  • Possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce an advantage.
  • Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships.
  • Positive attitude, passionate, and self-motivated.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target driven and must have an excellent negotiating skill.
  • Willing and able to work extended hours and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Environment, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
