Operations Support Associate

As a key member of our team, the Operations Support Associate plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and communicate effectively through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Document all client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints according to standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Evaluate concerns and escalate them through established channels.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of our client service process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and deliver professional client support.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience for English-speaking businesses/clients/customers, preferably in e-commerce or similar businesses.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong computer skills in e-commerce applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Team player, able to develop great relations with coworkers and stakeholders (externally & internally).
  • Flexibility to work on shift schedules.
