Qualitative Interview Host Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Qualitative Interview Host to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day call management of market research studies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to internal and external users in a timely manner
  • Assessing user support levels and providing assistance when needed
  • Preparing respondents for scheduled interviews on time
  • Facilitating the start of scheduled interviews and providing troubleshooting support as required
  • Supporting moderator and interpreter trainings prior to project commencement
  • Triage and communicating issues to the Product Owner and Engineering team
  • Documenting technical issues and resolutions to support customers and improve internal processes
  • Staying up-to-date on product features and enhancements, and providing internal technical guidance as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Multilingual in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese
  • Experience supporting customers with qualitative online platforms is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems and product suites, internet browsers, and mobile devices
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus
