We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly customer support representative to join our team. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing accurate and helpful solutions to customer concerns
- Utilizing Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and ensure seamless support
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent written and spoken English communication skills, at least 1 year of experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple conversations at once.
