Property Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support our hosts in listing their properties on our marketplace. This role plays a critical part in ensuring every host has a seamless and positive experience as they begin their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the property onboarding checklist to ensure all key milestones are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with account executives and customer success managers to resolve listing issues such as missing details or incorrect pricing.
  • Meet or exceed internal targets for property activation speed and quality.
  • Verify that each listing meets our property quality standards before going live.
  • Confirm all activation requirements are complete, including lease documents, training link, commission tracker, and accurate listing details.
  • Support the overall property activation process to ensure a smooth and timely go-live.
