Endpoint Management Professional
Are you an expert in managing endpoint systems? Do you have a passion for ensuring the security and compliance of enterprise infrastructure?

As an Endpoint Management Professional, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, securing, and maintaining endpoint devices and management platforms to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage device profiles and configurations to align with security baselines and organizational standards.
  • Provision, configure, and deploy a variety of endpoints, including physical, virtual, and modern meeting room devices (Teams Administration).
  • Create and maintain software packages using modern device management tools.
  • Oversee software distribution, updates, and patching across all enterprise endpoints.
  • Implement and enforce endpoint security policies, including encryption, remote wiping, and conditional access.
  • Monitor endpoint compliance with internal security standards and external regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in endpoint administration or IT systems support.
  • Experience managing enterprise environments with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Tanium, and Microsoft Defender.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile device platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash for automation.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and conditional access policies.
  • Experience with software packaging and deployment tools.

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Certifications (Preferred but not required):
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Jamf Certified Tech/Admin.
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
