About The Role

This is a key position within our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of properties onto our platform. As a Host Activations Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting hosts and property owners to list their homes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process to guarantee all key milestones are met on schedule.
  • Liaising with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to resolve any listing issues.
  • Meeting Targets: Consistently meet or exceed internal targets for property activation speed and quality.
  • Quality Control: Verify that each listing meets our stringent property quality standards before going live.
  • Activation Support: Confirm all requirements are complete, including host lease documents and accurate listing details.
  • Communication: Maintain high responsiveness on Slack to communicate updates, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with internal teams.
