About This Role

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in international recruitment and account management to empower students worldwide.

As our new Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of recruitment agencies, sourcing new agents in key markets, and building lasting relationships with partners.

You will also contribute to weekly sales meetings, participate in industry events, and utilize Zoho CRM to track activities and optimize conversion rates.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for education.

About the Job

  • Manage and grow a global portfolio of recruitment agencies
  • SOURCE and sign new agents in strategic international markets
  • Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
  • Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Track activities, leads, and commissions using Zoho CRM
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and hit KPIs
  • Provide occasional student counseling when required
  • Attend team meetings online and in person
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
  • Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
Desirable Skills

The following skills would be advantageous:

  • Experience in international education or working with student recruitment agents
  • Knowledge of visa processes and student mobility trends
  • Experience working in multicultural, global environments
  • Additional language skills
