EO Command Center Software Developer Opportunity

The EO Command Center is a software platform that combines AI, automation, and operational dashboards to enable businesses to scale more effectively.

We seek an experienced senior-level software developer who can oversee the entire creation process of the EO Command Center. This high-impact role offers autonomy, accountability, and the freedom to build, deploy, and evolve a product that will support thousands of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full development lifecycle of the EO Command Center software (architecture, design, development, deployment, and iteration).
  • Define and implement the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and integration capabilities.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while setting the standard for best practices.
  • Connect the platform with external tools and APIs (CRM, AI assistants, analytics, project management software, etc.).
  • Build in AI/automation layers to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
  • Continuously improve the platform based on feedback from internal users and clients.
  • Assist in recruiting, mentoring, and managing additional developers as the product scales.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in software development with a proven track record of building SaaS products end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Next.js, Python/Django/Flask, or similar) and strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Expertise in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and third-party API integrations.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML integration (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar) and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable systems for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, make key decisions, and take full ownership of deliverables.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, and willingness to own the project from concept to market launch.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in HR tech, staffing platforms, or operations-focused SaaS.
  • Background in building dashboard/analytics tools.
  • Prior startup or early-stage company experience.
  • Experience leading small dev teams or contractors.
