Crypto Software Engineering Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and risk management aptitude.

The role involves leading diverse teams of data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and QA testers. Key responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, managing project budgets, supervising multiple teams, and planning and executing project strategies.
