Document Control Specialist

Our organization requires a skilled Document Control Specialist to oversee the management of project documents.

This role is ideal for an individual who excels in maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely distribution of documents to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

The Document Control Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date, complete, and readily accessible.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing project documents in digital and physical formats.
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Updating technical documents such as manuals and specifications.
  • Ensuring timely distribution of project documentation.
  • Maintaining document control registers.
  • Creating and managing document templates.
  • Supporting team members and clients in retrieving documentation.
  • Overseeing documentation flow across departments.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Preparing project reports and summaries.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in document control or project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes and document lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident user of MS Office and document management systems.
  • Proactive problem-solver with ability to work independently.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize workload.
