IT PROJECT MANAGERDuties and Responsibilities:Performing detailed requirements analysis and documentation - Document Customers' ProcessesPerforming User Acceptance TestingManage tasks with QAs and DevelopersEvaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings within the development team.

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the Development Team. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field

Minimum 3 years of extensive experience managing IT projects and resources as Project ManagerA minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis in an IT software development company.Preferably with process improvement and business optimization experience

Has the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively

Possesses required experience in coordinating and managing project tasks to completion

Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferably with experience in JIRA and cloud-based SaaS applications

Great attention to detail, ability to adjust and handle changes or additional customer requirements

Possesses extensive expertise in creating and evaluating project-related documents

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Advanced technical skills.Excellent documentation skills.History of leading and supporting successful projects.
