Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to boost efficiency and client experience.
- Process Optimization: Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to enhance performance.
- Client Onboarding & Success: Oversee onboarding for key clients and maintain senior-level relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
- Product Innovation Alignment: Collaborate with the Product team to enhance offerings based on client needs and segment opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to deliver cohesive solutions and expand market reach.
- Reporting & Governance: Provide performance insights and strategic updates to the executive team, ensuring all commercial activities meet regulatory standards and managing sales-related risks proactively.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales or business development experience within financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and onboarding major clients.
- Strong understanding of embedded finance, fintech, and financial services market trends.
- Experience in product development, go-to-market strategy, and segment-focused selling.
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, analytical, and forecasting skills.
- Skilled in sales process optimization, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
- Adept at managing risk, ensuring compliance, and adapting to fast-changing environments.
