Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in training development and leadership, particularly in customer service environments. They will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of training professionals to drive and elevate our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and seminars that cater to various learning styles.
  • Direct onboarding, refresher training, and specialized sessions based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Assess and enhance learner performance through constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Create engaging presentations for weekly huddles and other team meetings.
  • Ensure training programs cover multiple channels, including voice, to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Training Development and Evaluation:
  • Proactively identify knowledge gaps and develop strategic training programs that address these areas.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and departments to design and implement effective learning solutions.
  • Apply advanced instructional design theories and methods to create high-impact training materials that drive results.
  • Evaluate and refine training effectiveness using various assessment methods, including surveys and metrics analysis.
  • Track training rollouts, conduct quality audits, and implement improvements to optimize the training process.
  • Training Administration:
  • Oversee training tickets, ensuring timely and efficient responses to requests and issues.
  • Handle complex process-related inquiries and collaborate with departments to resolve these matters.
  • Respond to on-demand requests for training reports and documentation in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct trainer observation sessions and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in training development and leadership, particularly in customer service environments.
  • Extensive experience in training across various channels, including voice.
  • Deep understanding of instructional design, training management, and program evaluation.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of training professionals.
  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
