As a Communications Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional training experiences to clients. This position requires you to design and implement engaging training programs that cater to the diverse needs of trainees. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that trainees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Trainers are responsible for providing day-to-day functional direction to trainees within the classroom environment. This includes student progress monitoring, coaching, developmental feedback, and readiness recommendations. Effective presentation and facilitation skills are essential for success in this role, as is the ability to utilize creative training techniques and adult learning methods in various delivery modalities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and training methodologies. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, they will demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university and at least 6 months of work experience as a Trainer. They will also have proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail are also essential.
