About the Job:

This Contact Center Operations Manager role at Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is responsible for managing capacity planning and forecasting for assigned clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WFM and be able to analyze complex data to make informed recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective workforce management strategies to optimize contact center performance.
  • Collaborate with the client and management team to develop long-term capacity plans that meet business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on staffing needs and operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of college credit.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in WFM as a Scheduler, Planner, and/or Forecaster is required.
  • The applicant must be flexible to work in McKinley Hill and be open to working Night/Graveyard shifts.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
