As a key player in our organization, the Director of Market Expansion is responsible for leading business growth initiatives to expand market presence and strengthen client relationships. This role oversees strategic account management, drives new business opportunities, negotiates contracts, and mentors a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Manage and grow key client partnerships through regular communication, needs assessments, and tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with C-level executives to build trust and establish ourselves as a trusted advisor.
  • E nsure compliance with contracts and internal processes to maintain a positive reputation and minimize risks.
  • Mentor and coach Business Development Managers to enhance their skills and abilities.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field (master's preferred).
  • At least 7 years of proven experience in IT sales/business development with a track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and negotiate contracts.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to optimize profitability and ROI.
