Job Description

The role of a Retail Sales Analyst is to coordinate and support logistical operations, ensuring the smooth movement of goods and services. This involves tracking shipments, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring the status of trucks and shipments, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.

You will also communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff, preparing reports for the logistics department, and performing basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Additionally, you will respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and logistics, and participate in team meetings to discuss logistics planning and strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage.
