Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy for a scaling organization. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing lead data quality, creating sales reports, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth handoffs between sales functions.

Main Responsibilities:- Manage complete CRM management, sales reporting, and administrative support for the revenue team.
- Own 99%+ data accuracy across all sales systems with timely reporting and seamless sales process support.
- Work closely with established sales teams to ensure accurate data and efficient processes for revenue growth.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- 2+ years experience in sales administration, sales operations, or CRM management roles.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
- Experience coordinating between sales teams and supporting sales processes.
