We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IT Support Coordinator to join our operations team. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and provide exceptional customer service.
- This position involves managing and coordinating IT support activities, including routing incoming service requests to appropriate technicians, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining clear communication between clients and IT teams.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dispatch or IT support role, a strong understanding of IT concepts and terminology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with ticketing systems and other IT resources.
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and triaging incoming IT service requests, assigning tasks to technicians based on their availability and expertise, monitoring the status of various service requests, and maintaining communication with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
You will also be expected to document and track service requests accurately, assist in the scheduling of on-site visits for IT technicians when needed, collaborate with IT leadership to identify trends in service requests and suggest process improvements, and provide excellent customer service by ensuring all client interactions are professional and helpful.
