Ensure timely and accurate audit services for Trax clients, focusing on communication and continuous improvement.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Logistics Service Providers and Client processes within the Trax system.
  • Provide quality Duplicate, Compliance, and Service Audit analysis.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Data Analysts, Logistics Service Providers, and Clients on issues and disputes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of analysis and reports.
  • Schedule meetings/calls with Clients and/or Logistics Service Providers for issue resolution.
  • Identify root causes of issues and work with teams to resolve them, enhancing automation.
  • Monitor SLAs and Cycle Times to ensure timely delivery of actions and reports.
  • Support team members, seek and provide feedback, and participate in coaching and development.
  • Identify risks or process gaps and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Should be a graduate of any 4-year/5-year course.
  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
  • Willingness to work in the EMEA shift (3:00 pm-12:00 mn, PH time) or other shifts as necessary.
  • Intermediate knowledge and exposure to Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with data analysis to find patterns and create meaningful stories for customers.
  • A desire to gain experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Independence in problem-solving and a focus on root cause analysis.
