Cegid/Point-of-Sales Service Delivery Manager
As a POS Service Delivery Manager in APAC, you will assist our clients in the Retail and Luxury sectors with project delivery, ownership, management of functional evolution projects, and Application Maintenance. You will ensure high-quality Sales Solutions (POS) development to support the growth of connected digital business. These solutions evolve beyond traditional features like sales management, inventory management, and in-store collection, to include:
- Digitalization of the point of sale (clientele, cataloging)
- Omnichannel sales experiences (e-reservation, click & collect, etc.)
- Unified Stock Management
- Loyalty management
- Participate in APAC support projects, delivery, and roll-outs, including project objectives, budget, planning, resource management, localizations, and post-go-live support.
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding service-related issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and expectations, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of POS services, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions as per client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Manage internal teams, fostering high performance, mentorship, and skill development; ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Agile, PMP, DevOps methodologies, and standards.
- Prepare and present reports on service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 8 years of project management, roll-out, and support experience in Asia, including localizations.
- Over 5 years of service delivery management experience, preferably in POS or luxury retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
