IT Deployment Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this IT Deployment Specialist role is to oversee the successful deployment and maintenance of client sites, ensuring seamless integration with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Deployment and Maintenance: Responsible for deploying and maintaining trial and production sites in a timely and accurate manner.\
  • Customization Services: Customizes meeting sites per client specifications, including updating texts, labels, and site features as required.\
  • Meeting Information Updates: Updates meeting information, logos, and banners, and uploads downloadable files to meet client expectations.\
  • System Parameters Management: Maintains internal system parameters and updates dynamic forms to ensure optimal performance.\
  • Client Support: Provides support to clients via phone, email, or online tools to address their queries and concerns.\
  • Client Training and Environmental Health Checks: Conducts client training sessions and performs environmental health checks to ensure a healthy working environment.\

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields is mandatory.\
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and SQL, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.\
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules, and proficiency in English communication.\\[
