Customer Service Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our Davao team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor team performance and oversee day-to-day operations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of accounts and provide feedback and coaching to customer service agents
  • Drive performance, motivate, and reinforce teamwork
  • Communicate relevant information to the team on a timely basis
  • Provide feedback and quality evaluation
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of team lead experience handling an inbound account
  • Ability to successfully meet deadlines and work under pressure with pressing timelines
  • Confidence in delivery and willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Strong sense of ownership, highly productive, and efficient
