Job Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting scalable and intelligent backend systems while collaborating across the stack to shape the product.

  • Lead the development of core product areas, driving technical direction and strategy.
  • Design and implement high-performance APIs and data pipelines that meet business needs.
  • Own complex insurance data workflows, integrations, and claims processing logic, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Integrate with external APIs such as insurance providers and practice management systems, fostering partnerships.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver end-to-end features that exceed customer expectations.
  • Mentor engineers and influence engineering best practices, promoting growth and excellence.
  • Take full ownership of feature development from planning through to deployment, driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Contribute to shaping our technical roadmap in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, aligning with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on backend architecture.
  • Proficiency in Python, API design, and backend development principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver end-to-end projects independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Available for daily standups at 11 PM – 12 AM your local time.
  • Experience with FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or insurance data workflows.
  • Experience with job queues, task processing, or background workers.
  • Knowledge of Docker and cloud-native deployment workflows.
