Key Responsibilities
  • Full Stack Development: Lead the development, and implementation of applications using a full-stack React JS framework for front-end development and Microsoft Azure for back-end and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, guiding them on coding standards, best practices, and design patterns. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Perform regular code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and security are maintained across the development lifecycle. Enforce coding standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Platform/Product Development: Lead the development of full-stack applications from scratch, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications. Build scalable and efficient platforms using React JS for the user interface and Azure for cloud services and hosting.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth integration, high-quality features, and timely delivery.
  • Best Practices & Technical Strategy: Define and promote best practices for full-stack React JS development, cloud application development on Azure, and integration practices. Ensure that the team follows agile development processes and meets project deadlines.
  • Azure DevOps & CI/CD: Leverage Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment, automating the deployment process, and ensuring the smooth release of features and updates.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor the application performance and troubleshoot any issues. Optimize front-end and back-end code for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, including system design, architecture decisions, and APIs, to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with React JS for front-end development and Microsoft Azure for full-stack development and cloud infrastructure.
  • Full Stack Development: Deep experience in React JS (with hooks and functional components), Redux for state management, and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Backend Expertise: Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, , , or other back-end technologies to build and deploy full-stack applications. Experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage is highly desired.
  • Component Libraries: Proficiency in using component-based design libraries like Material UI, Ant Design, or similar for building responsive and reusable UI components.
  • State Management: Strong expertise in state management using libraries like Redux, MobX, or similar.
  • RESTful APIs & Asynchronous Requests: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, API design, and asynchronous data handling using Axios, Fetch API, or similar methods.
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Experience with Git for version control, and experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tools to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
  • Cloud Architecture: Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and services in Microsoft Azure, with hands-on experience in DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
  • Responsive Design: A solid grasp of responsive design principles and experience developing mobile-first applications to ensure a consistent experience across all devices.
  • Testing & Debugging: Knowledge and hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress) for unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes, experience with sprints, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
