Business Development Representative

Circa Logica Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently, and has a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets;
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals;
Bld relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities;
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and support, to ensure alignment and effectiveness;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics;
Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B software company;
Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and methodologies;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills;
Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools;
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience;
