Job Title

As a key member of our team, the Operations Manager I is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

This role involves coaching and supervising a group of Team Leaders to achieve outstanding results in client service level agreements and financial expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed to maximize revenue generation and achieve long-term financial goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to select, train, develop, and manage performance of direct reports and their associates.
  • Manage and review operational reports, including attendance adherence, productivity, client scorecards, and metrics management reports.
  • Create and maximize relationships with client partners through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance and coach for improvement.
  • Lead by example and create a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define action plans that drive continuous improvement and over-deliver for clients.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a related field with more than seven years of experience (with at least two years of progressive management experience) preferred.
  • Call center experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes; establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to present information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
