ATM Operations Manager Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of ATM support and servicing, including installation, maintenance, and repair of ATMs.
  • Ensure that all ATMs are functioning properly and provide prompt resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase ATM usage and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze ATM incident patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Supervise a team of ATM technicians and ensure that they receive the training and support they need to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with ATM vendors, parts vendors and other partners.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

ATM Operations Manager Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in managing ATM networks or similar banking operations.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATM management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in ATM management, IT Operations or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ATM hardware, software, and operations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
