We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team in delivering exceptional results. This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a strong background in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of fresh produce, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain Warehouse Efficiency: Implement and maintain efficient warehouse organization and layout to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Train and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, evaluations, and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures: Establish and enforce standard operating procedures to improve workflow and minimize errors.
  • Conduct Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role, specifically in the fresh produce industry.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Food Safety Expertise: Experience in food processing and understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any related field is a plus.
  • Work Schedule: Willing to work on-site at our warehouse 6x a week.
