Are you a customer service enthusiast looking for a remote role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Center Representative to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and promoting new products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize various systems to research and resolve customer issues.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Guide customers through available options to find the best solutions.
  • FOLLOW established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
  • Maintain customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have prior call center experience.
  • Have worked from home before.
  • Possess strong English language proficiency.
  • Have a typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Be familiar with Windows operating systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
