Job Description

A Client Services Manager is responsible for managing and leading a team of virtual assistants, ensuring congruence between the virtual assistant's performance and the clients' expectations.

  • Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving to meet required targets.
  • Partner with clients in creating task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Work with clients to help grow their businesses using all services offered.
  • Manage medical client-VA pairs and client needs with Global Medical's services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Client Services Manager, you must possess:

  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field (preferred).
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare/medical management/remote management.
  • High proficiency in English language (written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset.
  • Efficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
