Job OverviewThis role is a vital position within the Global Medical Virtual Assistants Careers Page team. As a Virtual Medical Manager, you will lead and oversee a team of virtual assistants to ensure high-quality performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a team of virtual assistants to meet targets set by clients.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with clients to help grow their businesses using Global Medical's services.
  • Manage client relationships and provide support to mitigate concerns and anticipate growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare management or remote management.
  • High proficiency in English language (written and oral).
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team environment.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a growth mindset.
  • Training and development experience is a plus.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
