Establishing a strong partnership with business leaders to drive organizational growth and employee success is a key responsibility of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR strategies that drive performance, engagement, and workforce alignment.
Organizational Development:
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions and policy reviews.
  • Align initiatives with business priorities to support long-term growth and development.
Performance Management:
  • Support managers in implementing effective performance management practices.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve individual and team performance.
Employee Relations:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend fair resolutions for grievances and disciplinary actions.
Employee Engagement:
  • Design and implement programs to boost morale, recognition, and company culture.
  • Analyze employee feedback and recommend initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
HR Policy and Compliance:
  • Interpret and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide timely guidance to stakeholders on complex HR matters.
Change Management and Training:
  • Support the rollout of new initiatives by communicating change clearly and facilitating learning programs.
  • Promote adoption and continuous improvement through stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is an asset).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner capacity.
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics tools.
  • Experience in the industry is highly desirable.
