
Human Resource Business Partner

Establishing a strong partnership with business leaders to drive organizational growth and employee success is a key responsibility of this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Provide expert guidance on HR strategies that drive performance, engagement, and workforce alignment.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions and policy reviews.
- Align initiatives with business priorities to support long-term growth and development.
- Support managers in implementing effective performance management practices.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve individual and team performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters.
- Conduct investigations and recommend fair resolutions for grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Design and implement programs to boost morale, recognition, and company culture.
- Analyze employee feedback and recommend initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Interpret and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide timely guidance to stakeholders on complex HR matters.
- Support the rollout of new initiatives by communicating change clearly and facilitating learning programs.
- Promote adoption and continuous improvement through stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is an asset).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner capacity.
- Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics tools.
- Experience in the industry is highly desirable.
